I completed my LLB Hons followed by LPC & LLM with elective modules of Advance advocacy, Advance Civil and Advance Criminal law.
Currently I am working as member of Litigation Operations team in Home Office. Where my job role is to respond the Pre-Action-Protocol letters of the applicants with strict deadline of 14 days. Responsible for dealing with all applications where an appeal or legal challenge has been lodged. Defending those where appropriate and providing a casework remedy for applications that do not meet the immigration rules.
Previously I was part of Study team and dealing with Entry Clearance of the new application for student visa. I was responsible to review their documental evidence and financial evidence and workout if they meet the criteria to get clearance. I work out their expenses and check their financial evidence including their bank statements and tax returns etc if they have sufficient funds to cover their expenses.
I have experience of managing and leading my team providing them non-operational support, approvals for their leave and looking after them whenever they need me. I am very approachable to my team, and I effectively communicate with my team and my seniors. I play my role effective and give my advice where needed. I am very confident to work with my senior managers follow the directions set out in meetings or otherwise.
I have good leadership qualities; I always listen to my team’s concerns and try to resolve myself or highlight to senior managers to get it resolved where I cannot do myself. I am very friendly with my colleagues to develop strong working relationship with them without any hesitation. I always remain in touch with team to find out if they are doing good.
Throughout my career as paid or volunteer work, I earned consistent praise for my attention to detail, organisational abilities, legal research skills and strong grasp of case law and litigation management. I am currently working as volunteer senior committee member at Al-Zahra Foundation. I am responsible for making polices and strategies to improve the performance and services of the Foundation. Organising the cultural, sports and tourism. Hosting the programmes, helping other members of the committee to make all the events to run smooth and in time. Helping to raise the funds for Foundation. Occasionally purchasing food or other necessities for the Foundation.
I have excellent organisational and administrative skills and a very high standard of IT skill, with a strong working knowledge of all the major MS Office packages. I have wide experience of working in different organisation’s bespoke programmes, due to high learning skills I learn very efficiently. I am excellent at chasing the deadlines and achieve the targets within given timescale.

I have a strong commitment to providing an excellent standard of customer care and have a clear telephone voice and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. I studied law of tax during my LPC studies within my Business law module and I have good knowledge of tax.
