I have 8 years of Apprenticeships and training management, with a further 5 years as a trainer with in a hospitality company.

I am fully abreast of the The EFSA funding rules and recent changes, as well as Ofsted inspection requirements.

I have managed teams of up to 15 trainers, ensuring performance management was carried out correctly, addressing an issues that arose with performance and coaching and developing my teams skills and quality of work.
