With over 22 years of experience in education, language teaching, and student support, I bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and dedication to fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. My passion for teaching and commitment to student development align closely with the values and goals of your institution.
In my current role as Senior Progression Coach at DePaul International Charity, I work with young people aged 16–25 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. A key part of my role involves providing tailored support to help them overcome barriers and achieve their potential. This experience has deepened my understanding of the diverse needs of learners and the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
Previously, I served as a Headmistress and Arabic Language Teacher at a weekend Arabic school in London, where I taught students aged 5–16 and adults. I developed and delivered engaging lesson plans, adapted teaching methods to meet individual learning needs, and managed school operations. My ability to inspire and motivate students, coupled with my strong organisational skills, enabled me to create a positive and effective learning environment.
Additionally, my experience as a Private Arabic Language Teacher and ESOL Tutor has further honed my teaching skills. I have successfully taught students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, tailoring my approach to their unique needs and abilities.
