About

With over 20 years experience in regeneration, principally around enterprise development and employment / training initiatives, both within the community voluntary sector and more recently in the public sector, offering a well rounded blend of hands on delivery and strategic management.
Throughout my work career my attention is always on achieving the end outcome - the impact desired -, ensuring that this remains in constant focus. I take pride in ensuring that I attain my personal goals, but also that I have contributed to the overall achievements of the teams I have worked in.
