Throughout my career, I’ve held pivotal roles, such as Assistant Principal at Kidderminster College, where I led the creation of the institution’s first strategy for learner experience, promoting learner involvement at every level. At Leicester College, I restructured the Personal Development curriculum and enhanced work experience programmes to align with industry needs. My time at Coventry College was marked by significant improvements in learner outcomes and quality assurance processes. Earlier in my career, my role as Head of Department at Henley College highlighted my commitment to innovative curriculum planning and inclusive teaching.
