I am an Educational psychologist, Guidance counsellor, a licensed and dedicated teacher with remarkable 12 years of teaching and research experience. A PhD holder in Educational Psychology. An energetic lady with qualities of good teaching skills with strategies in class management. An enthusiastic and self motivated teacher with an excellent track record of teaching and research. I teach in ways that respond to the learners need and engage students in developing their knowledge and strive to be the best. Am a bright and committed individual with ability to work with people and contribute to shaping the future of the next generation. With my strong leadership skills I can identify the learning needs of students and respond appropriately through one on one support and enhance the learners experience. I am highly innovative, multitasking and can work with minimum supervision, channeling my skills towards achieving the specific objectives and students needs, meet given targets in curriculum before deadlines and highly resourceful. My professional background has provided me with exceptional knowledge and the confidence needed to properly impact knowledge. I am comfortable with carrying out task as long as it is inline with the establishment rules and policy. I am dependable, dedicated, hardworking, multitasking and trustworthy individual with empathy who takes immense satisfaction in transferring knowledge, very good in class control as well as offering an engaging/encouraging full class participation, and can tackle any challenge.
