I am a strategic and people-focused HR leader with over 10 years of experience in driving workforce transformation, employee engagement, and organisational development. I specialise in creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces where employees thrive. Currently studying for a Master’s in Strategic HR Management and a CIPD Level 7 Qualification, I combine academic rigour with practical expertise in talent management, leadership development, and cultural change.
I have successfully led HR functions in diverse sectors, including charity, healthcare, and retail, delivering measurable outcomes such as reducing employee turnover, improving wellbeing, and closing gender pay gaps. As Head of People & Culture at Green Light Trust, I built a People function from the ground up, introducing initiatives that improved the employee experience and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, I am recognised for coaching leaders, driving workforce transformation, and shaping inclusive cultures that align with organisational values.
