I am an agricultural engineer with 25 years of teaching and research experience.
I am a passionate teacher and I see the raise of modern and digital agriculture is a pillar for the national economy especially with the labour shortage and effect of pandemics. This obligates the adoption of digital tools in agriculture.
I have a wide range of research interests including postharvest technology, noninvasive evaluation of food quality and safety, process analytical technology, and chemometrics.
