My role as an IT Support/Configuration Engineer revolves around providing 1st and 2nd line technical support, troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of various brands of computer systems and peripherals, installations and configurations of Windows servers, with basic knowledge of Mac and Linux operating systems. I provide professional customer service, utilize IT service management tools, and have the skills in deploying system networking and cloud computing solutions.
With over 15+ years of work experience, my ability to work as a team leader and player, driving growth, reducing costs, managing risks, with excellent administration and communication skills, willingness to take initiatives, meeting deadlines and going extra mile to satisfy customers, together with my penchant for details, have contributed to my success as an IT professional. I am willing to relocate as soon as possible.
