Dr. Adenike Kolawole is a dedicated and results-driven Engineering Lecturer with over eight years of experience specializing in Energy/Thermofluid and Fluid Dynamics. She holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, where she made history as the first female Ph.D. graduate in the department. With a strong background in academia and industry, Dr. Kolawole has successfully taught and mentored undergraduate and postgraduate students in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Mathematics for over a decade.
Her expertise spans teaching, curriculum development, research supervision, and laboratory management, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Before transitioning into academia, she served as Chief Maintenance Engineer at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN), where she managed the maintenance of transmitting equipment, refrigeration systems, and power generation units.
Dr. Kolawole is passionate about engineering education, research, and innovation, with a keen interest in solving real-world energy and fluid dynamics challenges.
