onlyFE is 5 years old!

It’s celebration time at onlyFE - this July marks our fifth birthday!

That’s five years of working with Further Education Colleges throughout the country, helping them find the best candidates where ever they may be hiding.

Sharron and Richard founded onlyFE in 2013 after they both became increasingly frustrated with how FE Recruitment was being handled in other organisations. Often seen as a poor relation to the Higher Education sector, Further Education has its own unique challenges to tackle, from reputation to funding limitations. But Richard and Sharron identified this as an opportunity to specialise in the sector and fine tune strategies to ensure it attracted the very best candidates.

Their timing couldn’t have been better. The growing skills shortage for teaching staff has in recent years required a new era of thinking outside of the box and harnessing innovative techniques to target potential candidates, and this is just where the team excels.

Sharron commented ‘People and communication are at the heart of what we do and we pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients. The last few years have been such an interesting time in the FE sector and we relish rising to the challenges that our clients face.’
