Hello and welcome! We are onlyFE and are recruitment advertising specialists working only with Further Education Colleges throughout England (you may have guessed that from the name!). About onlyFE and how we work with Further Education Colleges

We are a recruitment advertising agency working with HR and recruitment departments of Further Education Colleges across England who have vacancies to fill. We work with the Colleges, creating recruitment advertising strategies to advertise their vacancies in the best possible places and manage the candidate responses they generate.

We have access to a vast network of online job sites, have decades of experience of conducting human-led (not AI!) candidate searches and have an extensive networking throughout the Further Education community to connect the right candidates with the right colleges and roles. We work with a large number of FE Colleges, including a number of ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated FE Colleges and as Further Education is our sole focus, we are expert at targeting the right adverts in the right places to attract the right candidates.

Unlike Recruitment Agencies, we do not register candidates.

The crucial difference between us and recruitment agencies is that we specialise solely in the advertising of recruitment opportunities and candidate search. We don’t register candidates, but we do work with candidates during our process.

When you apply for a role we have advertised, we can work with you to ensure you have all the information you need and have successfully completed the application form correctly and answer any other queries that come up along the way. Your application is then submitted to the HR team of the FE College you are applying to, and they manage the process with you and are your main point of contact from that point forward. This will include progressing your application and providing any post-interview data or feedback as appropriate.

Although we don’t register candidates, we regularly post Further Education opportunities, so as well as utilising a huge network of recruitment advertising online job boards, you can also follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn, where we post all the adverts we are currently placing for our clients. This is therefore a great place to start your job search.

Don’t forget, as we manage the full range of recruitment advertising for our clients, we post not only teaching vacancies for FE Colleges, but any vacancies they may have throughout their whole operation, including Catering, Cleaning, Administration, Finance and Management positions.
